Layout & Design

Three fixed windows line each long side, with another fixed window at the front and a tilt window at the rear. This eight-window arrangement provides views in several directions without relying on a single glazed wall. The rear opening offers ventilation, while the wicket door provides pedestrian access.

The high cube format adds overhead space. The open interior allows you to plan the working area around the entrance and surrounding glazing. Every window has a shutter, with roller shutters closed along one side.

Materials & Build Quality

The unit uses double safety glazing and rock wool insulation. Inside, chipboard finishing is paired with galvanized steel panel finishing. A wood floor and white exterior complete the unit. RAL color selection is offered for buyers coordinating the office with an existing site palette.

This unit is CSC certified and has stackable construction. These are unit features, not a substitute for confirming local requirements for an occupied office.
