Layout & Design

One primary room gives you flexibility to arrange a workspace, organize materials, or establish a hobby area. The exterior footprint is approx. 20 ft × 8 ft (6.10 m × 2.44 m).

Configuration-dependent features include a side personnel entrance, a window, and cargo-style end doors. Inside, white shiplap-style wall finishes create a light visual backdrop, while exposed electrical conduit keeps the service routing visible. Openings and interior finishes vary by selected configuration.

Materials & Build Quality

Metal wall panels, roof panels, and structural frame components form the building. The exterior has a painted slate gray finish with shiplap-style detailing. This provides a distinct architectural appearance without changing the straightforward metal-building format.

The 120V electrical setup varies by configuration. Electrical details include an exterior power inlet with a weatherproof cover. Your electrical arrangement is confirmed in your written quote. Use a licensed electrician for any required site connection.
