Layout & Design

The photographed interior is open and unfurnished, with white wall finishes and gray flooring. This simple layout leaves room to organize the space around administrative work, project coordination, or a combined office and storage function.

The specified entrance is a single steel personnel door with a locking handle. Windows are optional rather than standard inclusions. Confirm your preferred openings and final configuration in your written quote, especially where reference photos show glazing.

Materials & Build Quality

Corrugated Corten steel panels and a structural carbon-steel frame form the enclosure. The steel components are described as pre-galvanized for corrosion resistance, and the exterior uses weather-resistant materials and sealed construction to protect the interior.

Insulation extends through the walls, roof, and floor to help reduce temperature swings compared with an uninsulated metal enclosure. The detailed insulation package specifies mineral wool, while the specification table also lists fiberglass as an option.

Interior lining options include MDF or pre-finished steel laminate. Marine-grade plywood provides the floor structure. Functional corner castings supply lifting and securing points; the listed castings conform to ISO 1161:2016.
