2026 Millennium 24 ft Car Hauler – Silver Hero

Overview

The 2026 Millennium Hero brings enclosed vehicle transport and practical equipment storage together in a silver exterior. Its 24 ft (7.32 m) length provides space for a vehicle and supporting gear, subject to actual cargo dimensions and loaded-weight limits. The enclosed body helps separate your cargo from weather and road debris during travel.

Layout & Design

A 30 in. (76.2 cm) slant wedge V-nose shapes the front of the trailer. Added height of 6 in. (15.24 cm) brings the interior height to approx. 7 ft (2.13 m).

At the rear, a heavy-duty ramp door with flap works with a 48 in. (121.92 cm) beavertail to ease loading transitions. A separate 36 in. (91.44 cm) barlock side door provides access when the rear ramp is closed.

Materials & Build

This trailer has aluminum construction and an aluminum roof. Engineered wall panels measure 3/8 in. (0.9525 cm), while the engineered floor measures 3/4 in. (1.905 cm). A tube frame and triple-tube tongue support the build. Two drop spring axles are each rated at 5,200 lb (2,359 kg), with aluminum wheels.
