Layout & Design

The modular format supports an individual office or a larger arrangement of connected workspaces. Units can be arranged alongside one another, allowing the overall layout to grow with operational needs.

A pre-hung entry door and two sliding windows provide access and natural light. The windows include screens and guardrails. Electrical distribution, outlets, and LED lighting are incorporated into the package, reducing the number of separate interior components you need to organize.

Materials & Build Quality

A galvanized steel frame forms the main support structure. Insulated composite wall panels use rock wool or EPS, with the final panel selection defining the supplied configuration. The floor uses cement-modified board with a PVC or MGO finish.

The roof combines a coated steel surface with waterproof sealing. A gutter and downspout kit directs roof runoff away from the structure. The unit has bolted corner connections, white panels, a dark green frame, and a dark green door with a handle and lock.

Prepare firm, level, well-drained ground before delivery. Leave sufficient access and working space for the truck and crane, with no low overhead lines along the approach or above the unloading area. Allow room around the structure for assembly and future maintenance.

Assembly is required using the supplied hardware and instructions. The electrical system uses 220V outlets; have a licensed electrician confirm the site connection. The buyer confirms local permits and placement requirements before installation.
