The corrugated shell uses 14-gauge Corten weathering steel with a factory-applied rust-inhibitive primer. Continuous, factory-inspected welds and perimeter weather sealing help protect the interior from outdoor conditions. The container has a natural-steel appearance with primer finish.

Treated marine-grade plywood flooring rests on structural cross members. The floor treatment addresses moisture and insect exposure, while passive vents help reduce condensation buildup. The fixed tempered-glass window has seals on both sides and exterior protective bars.

The hinged personnel door includes three-point locking. Hasp-and-staple fittings accommodate buyer-supplied padlocks at the access points. Standard corner castings provide handling and stacking interfaces.
