Overview
Make room for tools, equipment, or inventory without committing to a full-size container footprint. This new, nominal 10ft dry freight container provides enclosed space for residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial settings. Its compact format is useful where larger boxes would take up too much of the available site.
Double cargo doors provide broad rear access for loading and organizing compatible goods. The empty interior also offers a starting point for a future workshop, office, or retail conversion; those conversions are not part of this standard container.

Materials & Build Quality
The enclosure combines corrugated weathering-steel walls with a rigid roof. Steel cross members support the marine-grade plywood floor, creating a practical surface for everyday storage and cargo handling.
Factory-installed locking bars hold the doors closed. Passive vents encourage airflow, while floor-mounted lashing points accommodate compatible tie-down equipment. ISO corner castings support lifting and stacking with suitable container-handling equipment. The exterior has a dark green finish.
