This custom-configured unit provides enclosed space for tools, equipment, materials, and supplies while reducing the front clearance needed for conventional cargo doors. Ground-level entry keeps everyday access straightforward.

Its nominal length is 10 ft (3.05 m), with a width of 8 ft (2.44 m) and an exterior height of approx. 8 ft 6 in (2.59 m). The smaller footprint makes it a practical option where a larger storage container would occupy too much space.

Materials & Build Quality

The steel structure is configured for stationary storage and built for weather exposure in outdoor settings. Indoor placement is also an option where the site permits it. The roll-up door travels vertically, leaving the area immediately in front available without a swinging door arc.

This modified unit lacks the original ISO corner castings. It is a non-ISO storage container, not an ISO-certified intermodal shipping unit. Inspections cover door function, floor condition, visible holes, and possible leaks. Individual configurations and specifications can vary.
