Materials & Build Quality

Weathering steel forms the frame and corrugated walls. Inside, marine-grade plywood rests on steel crossmembers. The floor is treated for moisture and rot resistance.

Two steel rear doors provide access for loading materials and palletized goods. Locking bars compress rubber door gaskets to help maintain the weather seal. Anti-rack plates and padlock-ready hardware support secure closure, while the doors swing through 270 degrees for loading clearance.

A double-layer roof-perimeter rain gutter helps manage rainfall. Upper-wall passive vents encourage air movement and help reduce condensation buildup.

Leave sufficient access and working room for the delivery truck and crane, with no low overhead lines along the approach or above the placement area. Allow clear space behind the container so both rear doors can open and loading remains practical.
