The container has an off-white exterior with visible weathering and closed cargo doors. This is a used container, not a newly finished enclosure. Its existing shell provides the basis for storage or further modification, while its condition should guide the intended use.

The high cube configuration provides a tall interior. The existing cargo doors provide end access for loading and unloading.

Prepare firm, level, well-drained ground before placement. Provide adequate truck and crane access, with no low overhead lines along the approach or above the placement area. Leave space at the cargo-door end for opening the doors and moving stored items. For a conversion project, confirm local permit requirements before beginning work.
