Layout & Design
The deck measures 7 x 16 ft (2.13 x 4.88 m). A combination rear gate supports spreader use or opens in a barn-door configuration for bulk unloading. Fender-mounted adjustable channel ramps provide equipment loading access, while five welded floor rings offer cargo tie-down points.
Materials & Build
Smooth 10-gauge steel forms the walls and floor, with front and rear gussets and a high-gloss black powder-coated finish. Tandem axles feature easy-lubrication fittings and galvanized components, paired with equalized leaf spring suspension.
A 12-volt direct-current hydraulic pump powers both raising and lowering. A deep-cycle marine battery supplies the system, and the control box is accessible from the front.
