The 2008 Exiss Sport ES 30B carries three horses in a slant-load layout with bumper-pull coupling. This used aluminum horse trailer combines individual stall separation with practical ventilation and dedicated storage for tack and personal gear.

Layout & Design

Slant dividers separate the body, shoulder, and head areas and secure with slam latches. Street-side feed windows lower with their safety bars, while curbside windows have bars and screens. Each stall has its own two-way pop-up roof vent.

A solid, full-height partition separates the dressing room from the horse compartment. The custom rear tack wall incorporates a hide-away divider, halter hooks, and a dome light. A swing-out saddle rack puts saddles within easier reach, and removable hay mangers offer flexibility inside the stalls.

Materials & Build

The aluminum structure includes a single-piece roof and interlocking extruded aluminum floor planks supported by aluminum beams. Rubber mats cover the floor. White aluminum sheet lines the insulated horse compartment, with rubber wall protection extending 48 in (121.92 cm) high over aluminum kick plates.

Rubber torsion axles work with electric brakes. Completed maintenance includes brake inspection and service, bearing repacking, interior and exterior light testing, and roof-seam sealing.
