Materials & Build Quality

A reinforced steel frame and corrugated steel walls form the enclosure. Lockable double cargo doors help secure stored items while providing access for loading and organization. Container flooring is included.

The steel structure is intended for outdoor storage with appropriate maintenance. Its open interior can also serve as the basis for a future conversion. Offices, workshops, studios, and retail layouts require additional modification; this unit is the storage container itself.

Prepare firm, level, well-drained ground before placement. Allow sufficient truck and crane access to the unloading area, including room to approach and position the container. Keep the access route and lifting area clear of low overhead lines. Plan door orientation so the cargo doors remain accessible after installation.
