Materials & Build Quality

Insulated walls help stabilize the interior environment. Overhead LED fixtures illuminate the space, which includes ventilation grilles, conduit, outlets, and an electrical panel. The white exterior shows weathering consistent with the unit's used condition.

The floor has a food-grade epoxy finish. Its easy-to-clean surface supports commercial storage and work applications. A personnel entry door combines a deadbolt with a handle lock for controlled access.
