Its steel structure, existing insulation, and electrical connection provide a starting point for storage or a future workspace conversion. The unit is used and sold as-is, with visible weathering and interior wear.

Insulation helps reduce temperature fluctuations compared with an uninsulated container. The electrical connection adds flexibility when planning lighting, tool power, or later improvements; it is an existing installation, not a newly completed electrical fit-out.

Materials & Build Quality

The container has a steel structure and secure access doors. It has an off-white and gray exterior, an exterior electrical box, conduit, and a connection port. Inside, insulated walls and ceiling surround a ribbed floor. A metal bulkhead, overhead mesh, and support braces are also present.

The interior has dirt, loose items, and exposed wiring. Have a licensed electrician inspect the existing connection and wiring before energizing the unit. Additional repairs, upgrades, or conversion work are not included.
