Overview

This new 2024 PJ Trailers open utility trailer combines a versatile cargo platform with two loading approaches. Rear and side ramps give you more flexibility when positioning equipment, while the black powder-coated finish provides a clean, consistent exterior.

Its payload is 1,430 lb (649 kg), with a dry weight of 1,565 lb (710 kg). Match equipment and cargo to that payload rather than treating the axle rating as available carrying capacity.

Layout & Design

The deck measures 14 ft (4.27 m) long, with a usable width of 83 in (210.82 cm). Removable side rails let you change the platform arrangement for different loads. The rear gate provides roll-on access, while the separate side loading ramps offer another approach for all-terrain vehicles.

Materials & Build

A channel frame and crossmembers support treated pine decking. The build includes a wrapped channel tongue, removable fenders, sealed wiring, and flush-mount light-emitting diode lights. A single leaf-spring idler axle supports the trailer; this axle has no brakes.
