2004 Sundowner 3 Horse Trailer – Weekender Living Quarters

Overview

This used 2004 Sundowner combines three-horse hauling capacity with Weekender living quarters in a white gooseneck trailer. It brings horse space and built-in personal amenities together for show weekends, trail outings, and overnight stays.

Layout & Design

The floor length is approx. 21 ft (6.40 m), with a width of approx. 7 ft (2.13 m). The living quarters have an approx. 7 ft (2.13 m) short wall. A walk-through door connects the living space and horse area, allowing interior access between the two sections.

Head-side drop windows and tail-side sliding windows provide ventilation openings. The collapsible rear tack offers a dedicated place for gear with flexibility around loading space.

Materials & Build

Padded dividers separate the horse spaces, and a load light provides illumination for loading. Construction material, running-gear ratings, empty weight, and height are confirmed in your written quote. Before selecting this trailer, check towing requirements against your truck's capacity and gooseneck compatibility, and verify horse fit.

What's Included

• Three-horse area with padded dividers
• Shower, toilet, and sink
• Overhead storage cabinets
• Collapsible rear tack, walk-through door, and load light
• Electric refrigerator (not included unless listed in your written quote)

What "fully furnished" means: built-in amenities only — interior finishes, built-in cabinetry, bathroom and kitchen fit-out, electrical and plumbing. Loose furniture and appliances (e.g. beds, sofas, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, cooking equipment) are not included unless listed in your written quote.

Ideal Uses

Consider this layout for horse shows, trail weekends, or events where built-in washing facilities and storage are useful. Before purchase, verify horse fit, plumbing operation, floor condition, brakes, and towing requirements.
